Sorey

Sorey is Mikleo's closest friend. One is hardly seen without the other somewhere nearby. The two of them have a deep level of understanding, affection, and trust between them.

Mikleo tends to tease him the most, but he knows when to stop and that Sorey will give as good as he gets from the water seraph. However, if someone insults Sorey, then this guy will be rather mad at (or at least disapproving of) that person. He's very protective of his best friend, to the point where he'll have little regard for whether it puts himself in harm's way. At the same time, Mikleo trusts Sorey to have his back.

He gets more concerned when Sorey tries to shoulder the burden all on his own. In those times, Mikleo tries his best to get his friend to open up and share the burden, but it doesn't always work. Sorey is rather stubborn that way. It hurts and makes him either mad or annoyed when those times come up, and Mikleo isn't afraid to let Sorey know his feelings on this. Despite that, the water seraph will do whatever he can for the Shepherd, no matter how frustrating it gets.

Alisha

Alisha is the first human Mikleo encounters, save for Sorey. At first, he's wary of her intentions, especially when she doesn't even give her name at first. After a while, he sees her sincerity and respect for the seraphim as genuine.

After getting to know her a little better on their journey, Mikleo has come to view her as a very good friend. He worries for her health as the Princess of Hyland when taking into consideration that her chancellors are out to discredit her at every turn. Mikleo admires her ability to keep her composure, though he's concerned that she takes on too much by herself.

If there's one thing he appreciates about her the most, though, it's the fact that she's one of Sorey's human friends. Mikleo tells her once that he's worried that because Sorey was raised by the seraphim, he may have missed out on some things that only humans can experience. Of course, he asks her to not tell the Shepherd about it, and she hasn't let him down yet. All in all, Mikleo is grateful of her friendship, and won't hesitate to protect her if the need arises.

Mary

Mary is an amazing and good person. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong, in Mikleo's opinion.

She's promised to support his human friends who are able to perceive the seraphim, as he mentioned that people who can't tend to think that the person who can is crazy. That coupled with the fact that she believed Mikleo when he talked about what he is? It's sealed the deal, really. Mary has this water seraph's friendship, and in record time on top of that. Mikleo will do his best to look out for her, just like she's doing for his friends.
